Anthony Hamilton visits in May; Brandy in June
The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour featuring Super Bowl sensation Beyoncé is coming to Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena live on Saturday, July 13, 2013. The Tour promises to be her most ambitious to date–bigger in scope than any of her previous shows, and run for a year, with the second wave in Latin America, Australia and Asia.
Beyoncé’s last tour, the critically acclaimed and incredibly successful “I AM…” WORLD TOUR thrilled more than 1.1 million fans at more than 100 shows in 32 countries on six continents. The Nashville PRIDE featured her last Nashville appearance in July 18, 2007, part of The Beyoncé Experience Tour, one of 97 shows on 5 continents.
One of the most widely recognized and highly respected women in pop culture, the solo recording artist, actress, philanthropist and businesswoman, has released four #1 solo albums and has sold over 75 million albums worldwide earning numerous awards and accolades, including 16 Grammy Awards, Billboard’s Top Female Artist and Top Radio Songs Artist of the 2000s decade, and the RIAA Top Certified Artist of the 2000s.

Hamilton to play the War Memorial May 10
Grammy Award-winner Anthony Hamilton brings his R&B sound to War Memorial Auditorium on Friday, May 10 at 8 pm. Hamilton was nominated for Best R&B Song and Best R&B Album at the 2013 Grammys. His arresting voice – a favorite staple on the R&B scene since 2003 – recently hailed at number one for four weeks on Billboard’s Urban Adult Contemporary chart with his soul-stirring single, “Pray for Me” the second single from his fourth studio album, Back to Love, the follow-up to Hamilton’s 2008 gold-certified album, The Point of It All, which debuted at number one on the album charts.
