The first project began on June 8, 2013. Volunteers checked in at Metro’s North Police Precinct, 2231 26th Ave. North from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. The work project began at 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Activities for this first project included: painting the Martin Luther King Bridge; cleaning up trash and debris, and landscaping.
