The Jefferson Street Jazz and Blues Festival was held at the Bicentennial Park.
In celebration of the 13th year, the Jazz Festival had an array of local talent from 12 noon until 9 p.m. on June 15.  Live music was enjoyed in the Bicentennia Capitol Mall Amphitheatre.  Those attending the festival also enjoyed vendors of all sorts…jewelry,  community organizations,  keep cool rags and a plethora of food and specialty drink vendors that lined the perimeter of the amphitheater.
The special musical guest highlight was recording artist, Freddie Jackson.
