Comedians, local and national gospel artists will celebrate 1 year of the best in live Christian entertainment, themed,  “Blessed Life.”  October 6th will mark the first anniversary of live Christian entertainment known as Easy First Sundays.  The public is invited to share in this event at Fairfield Missionary Baptist Church, 1004 S. Dickerson Rd. in Goodlettsville, TN at 5:00 pm.
Easy First Sundays is a gospel showcase that is held on the first Sunday of each month that includes live performances, musical artists and clean/Christian comedians.

“Easy First Sunday seeks to provide Christ-like entertainment for believers and non-believers alike to experience live Christian entertainment at its best.” During this 1st year anniversary celebration, the headline performance will be recording artist Lisa McClendon and BET Comic View’s comedian, “Griff.”  Founder Chris Bond, “It’s going to be an awesome show because of the talent and the quality of production is always done in excellence!”   Easy First Sundays began October 7, 2012 as the brainchild of comedian Chris Bond, 760AM radio personality.  Bond wanted to bring more exposure to the local Christian talent in Nashville, especially the Christian stand-up comedy. Chris’ overall vision for Easy First Sunday is to create a televised gospel showcase to air on Nashville’s Bounce TV.

Other participants on the anniversary program will be: artists, Drew Chambers, Philip White, San Franklin, Shree Isabel, and Bryan Popin; comedians, Ron Ron, B Cov and performances by Deonotra Sneed, Lashanda Evans, Judah Temple of Praise Worship Team, and Fairfield MBC Praise Dancers. “It’s gonna be a night you’ll never forget,” said Bond.
