On December 10, 2015, Men and Women alike will travel near and far to come experience “Together WE Can” on December at the James E. Bruce Convention Center in Hopkinsville, KY. This event celebrates and unites our communities and will honor 26 for their broad accomplishments from 10: 00 AM-2:30 PM CDT. The event founder Treva Gordon first began Leading Ladies in 2011, and is a community organization to empower and inspire women to win. In 2013, Leading Ladies released their first book titled, Leading Ladies Sharing Our Stories of Inspiration and Faith published by Xlibris Publishing Company. In 2015, Gordon later released the book Magnificent Men Telling Our Stories and Sharing our Faith, published by Liberated Publishing.
This event includes a Star Luncheon, Motivational Speaking by Author, Speaker, Philanthropist, Dr. Cheryl Action Jackson on Plano, TX. She is the CEO of Minnie’s Food Pantry and has been recognized by Oprah Winfrey, Steve Harvey, by The National NAACP and more. Also the event will feature comedy by Clarksville‘s Comedian DJ Pryor with a fashion show by Plato’s Closet and J Palmer. Special guest artist include Nashville’s own Nate Bean and 4Given, ICM award winner artist Laura Dodd (best singer and songwriter), Billy Mason the former drummer of Tim McGraw and more. Celebrities and guest will walk the Red Carpet and experience the snaps and clicks of the Paparazzi, assuring that everyone is having a great time and treated like the special people they are. This year’s special Guest Honoree Ambassador Dr. Bobby Jones has been a household name and media personality (on television and beyond) for more than 34 years. He is a Grammy Award–winning Gospel music singer and television host from Nashville, Tennessee and the host and executive producer of several cable television’s gospel music program including Bobby Jones Gospel.
Early registration is being encouraged by November 1st and those who do can attend a FREE Forgiveness Workshop Session by Global Walk in Forgiveness at 8:30 AM CDT, that day.
The event is hosted by Atlanta’s own Rick Joyner of the Sheridan Gospel Network and Clarksville, TN, Katie Gambill of The 5 Star Radio Group; proceeds help support Education, Homeless Veterans, and give to support change at the Tennessee Prison for Women. All tickets purchased by October 1st will be upgraded to VIP. This level of seating comes with no waiting and special gifts will be available to those who register early.
