If you want to get up close and personal with your favorite sci-fi stars and toy industry legends, ICCC is your golden ticket. Since 2018 fans nationwide have converged for each ICCC event to get an autograph, selfie, or professional photo with their growing slate of celebrities, like WIlliam Shatner in 2018, Ernie Hudson in 2019, or Marina Sirtis in 2021. In 2022, they’ve upped the ante and will be at the Sheraton Music City Friday, April 29 – Sunday, May 1.

The Imperial Commissary Collectors Convention, or ICCC, is a sci-fi fan and collecting convention for those who collect vintage and modern toys and collectibles, love meeting stars from our generation’s greatest film and TV franchises, and enjoy gathering to celebrate the stories we love and cherish. ICCC boasts dozens of vendors; dozens of guest stars signing autographs and taking photos with you from franchises, primarily Star Wars, and more; movie props, cosplayers, droid builders, comic books, video game tournaments, fan groups, podcasters, artists, live music and more.

One of their core values is to make the ICCC affordable for the whole family. That means food that doesn’t cost a fortune, waters that aren’t 8 bucks, inexpensive tickets with family options, and a cost effective and value-packed VIP experience.

This year they have scheduled Star Wars legends Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), Ian McDiarmid (Emperor Palpatine), Ashley Eckstein (Ahsoka Tano), Julian Glover (General Veers), Matt Lanter and more stars across franchises and industries, such as Guy Gilchrist, Timothy Zahn, Jim Lawson, Mike Quinn, Stephen Costantino, James Arnold Taylor, Geoffrey Cantor, Steve Lavigne, Trevor Butterfield, Billy Martinez, Clem So, and Anna Graves.

If you’re an ICCC 2022 VIP ticket holder, they have something very special for you. You’ve probably heard of Melissa Joan Hart — the iconic actress known worldwide for her work on ‘90s sitcoms “Clarissa Explains It All,” and “Sabrina the Teenage Witch.” More recently she launched a podcast called “What Women Binge.” Friday, April 29, Hart will kickoff ICCC 2022’s VIP day with a live recording of her podcast featuring Star Wars legend Ashley Eckstein.

Taken directly from Hart’s podcast show notes, “What Women Binge” with Melissa Joan Hart is a female-centric review show in which she, her friend and co-host Amanda Lee, and their special guests chat about any and all subjects they find binge-worthy. Featuring casual conversations with well-known celebrities, they talk about whatever they’re into. The April 13 episode featured legendary voice actress Tara Strong aka Harley Quinn, Bubbles, Miss Minutes, and many more.

The once-in-a-lifetime event starts at 1 p.m. Friday on the ICCC’s Main Stage. Doors open at noon for the exclusive VIP day, so get there early, grab a convention exclusive Ahsoka Tano custom action figure from the ICCC store, and find a seat at the main stage quickly because this is sure to be a standing-room-only event.

ICCC 2022 runs April 29-May 1, at the Sheraton Music City in Nashville. Tickets are on sale now. A limited number of VIP tickets are also still available, the VIP Experience with Access Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is $500.00. General Admission badges are $60 – Saturday 4/30, 10am-6pm; $45 – Sunday 5/1, 11am-6pm; and/or $100 – Full Weekend Access; No General Admission on Friday, only VIP. Kids: Age ages 6-12 Single Day Pass is $10.00; under 5 are free; 13 and over are regular price.
