Nashville, TN – The Congregational Health & Education Network (CHEN) announced today details on the upcoming inaugural NHABIT Worship Experience at Ryman Auditorium. The family-friendly event will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at the historic music venue. Gospel hitmakers Kierra Sheard, James Fortune, Anita Wilson, Ron Poindexter, Randy Weston, Crystal Aikin, Jabari Johnson and Nate Bean & 4Given are set to take the stage in a one-of-a-kind inspirational movement that will lift your hands, move your feet, raise your spirits, and reinforce your faith!
Proceeds from the NHABIT Worship Experience support CHEN’s mission to reduce health disparities among Nashville’s African American community by elevating education attainment and health literacy through faith-based partnership. Over the past year, CHEN has produced the “Faith in the Midst of Covid” series in partnership with the Ad Council, provided $200,000 in mortgage and rent assistance to congregants affected by COVID, and vaccinated approximately 1,000 community members at Nashville General Hospital and church vaccination clinics.
