“Family of Jacob, listen to Me! All you people from Israel who are still alive, listen! I have carried you since you were born; I have taken care of you from your birth. Even when you are old, I will be the same God. Even when your hair has turned gray, I will take care of you. I made you and will take care of you. I will carry you and save you. Can you compare Me to anyone? No one is like Me or equal to Me,” Isaiah 46:3-5.
Question: In this day and time, can God trust you to do His will? Can He trust you to carry out what He has already told you to do? God is appointing the faithful in this hour, the ones who will execute what He has assigned for them to do only. All that are false will be removed, so God’s people will be saved.
“Bal and Nebo will bow down, you will be stooped [bowed], their idols were upon the beasts [animals], and upon the cattle: their statues are only heavy loads that must be carried. They are a burden to the weary beast. These gods will all bow down. They will stoop, they will bow down together; they could not deliver the burden of a people, and they are gone into captivity. You need men and animals to carry you. I am God; I carry My people, My people do not carry Me. I will save you as your God the Creator. Bel and Nebo can not save you; they cannot save themselves from being taken into captivity. They have no power at all. I, Jehovah, created you and I care for you. I will care for you throughout your lifetime and even through death,” Isaiah 46:1-2.
Bel was the god of the Babylonians He was the god the people who worshipped the sun and moon god. The people looked to it for light and darkness. Nebo was the god of wisdom, and vegetation. The god that would write the word for the people to live by.
But God told the Israelites: ‘I am Jehovah, the God of My people [Israel]. I am the God of all things, the Creator of heaven and earth. I have and will give you prophets like Abraham, Moses, and I will give you Jesus.’
